Annapolis Gets:

G- Ray Allen
G- Devin Harris
C- Brendan Haywood
*****
The Crazy 88's Get:

G- Jarrett Jack
F- Ron Artest
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Well, at first this deal looks like The 88's got played.....but look just a bit deeper and we
uncover the truth......they got played BIG TIME!  Ok, so the 88's get some young talent in Jack,
but they lose some young talent in Harris, we give the edge to Jack but not by a ton.  They
also get Artest who is a whiny, dinged up, brat who could be suspended or just sit and pout at
any moment.  In return Annapolis gets Ray Allen, one of the last pure superstar shooters
left...... and Haywood.  Ok so Ray is like 32 years old....so...he'll be able to make that same
shot he takes now well into his 50's if he likes!

>>>Annapolis:  +++ (Great Ceasers Ghost!!)
>>>88's: -- (Maybe they know something about Jack that we don't?)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Annapolis:
Needs- Um....more youth would be nice
Haves- Everything other than youth

88's:
Needs- Some sense knocked into them
Haves- They have this guy named Ron....

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Annapolis:
They are always looking to deal and even though some of their suggestions are a bit whacky,
they seem to get the job done in the end.

88's:
They also gave away LaMarcus Aldridge

The A-Team Gets:

F- Corey Maggette
F- Caron Butler
*****

Louie's Legends Get:

G- Allen Iverson
G- Kevin Martin
*********************************************************************

Outlook:

Wow, its not every day a player of A.I.s caliber gets dealt.  Marion, Peja, Iverson, Wade.  Yikes.
This deal instantly vaults Louie's Legends up near the top of the heap when it comes to big
name talent.  Iverson, is getting older, but father time won't be catching him this year, and he
never performs better than when his team wants to deal him.

But its not like Louie got him for nothing.  Maggette has had a bit of injury trouble in his career
but when healthy he is a truly dominant force that can do it all.  As for Butler, he seems to
rapidly be joining that same club.

>>>A-Team: +++ (Got younger......and that youth is VERY talented)
>>>Louies: + (Martin is a bit of a gamble....AI makes these guys a lot better right now.....but
what about down the road?)
**************************************************************************

Needs/Haves

A-Team:
Needs- With the loss of Iverson, a big time G or two would be nice
Haves- Very well stocked at F...and getting younger all the time

Louies:
Needs- Miller is nice, but another top quality C is needed (but its needed everywhere else too)
Haves- This team is becoming a whos who list of STUDS

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

A-Team:
They don't make many deals, but the ones they do make are sure to top a headline or two

Louies:
At this rate, look for Kobe, Carmelo, KG and LeBron to be here to by seasons end.
Georgia Cellar Dwellers Get:

F- Sean May
G- Cuttino Mobley
*****

Annapolis AnkleBreakerz Get:

F- Josh Howard
*********************************************************************

Outlook:

May is young and defiantly has potential and with Okafor's injury past he may get some nice
playing time, but at this point its still just potential.  Mobley on the other hand is proven, but not
in L.A.  Cuttino has always had ability but now with the Clippers he will have to contend with
quite a youth movement.  Still, he should factor in nicely, and its just a one year deal so if he
busts, oh well.

Then we have Howard, a player who may be on the verge of a breakout season.  Durability
issues aside Howard is solid all around, topping 15 pts and 6 Rebs last season while still
chipping in a couple assists and  more than a steal per.

>>>Dwellers: + (Lost a very talented forward, but got one back with some nice potential...and
Mobley too)
>>>Breakerz: ++ (Howard could be a monster this year)
**************************************************************************

Needs/Haves

Dwellers:
Needs- A Stud C would be nice
Haves- Plenty of mid/low end C's to spare.  Many nice G's

Breakerz:
Needs- Stars over here.....stars over there
Haves- Just as owner Sean has said.....need a C here

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Dwellers:
Tim has done quite an overhaul with his "inherited" roster, but he's always looking for the next
big thing.  Normally, he prefers the younger talent to the aging star.

Breakerz:
These guys don't care as much about age as long as the guy can play.  Notorious for getting
the better end of the deal.
The Annaplois Anklebreakerz Get:

C- Samuel Dalembert
*****
Finally!!! Gets:

G- Richard Hamilton
C- Johan Petro
*********************************************************************

Outlook:

This is a tough one.  Dalembert has potential, tons of potential, piles, scads, oodles of
potential.  So far though, he has only brushed that upper limit that he may reach.  He is young
and very talented, he just has to have some good games...the string into a season.

As for Finally, they also get a Center that may or may not pan out.....but Petro is NO
Dalembert...that is to say, his upper limit is much closer to Earth than Sam's.  But Finally gets
one other guy who is a sure thing.  Rip has been a VERy solid, consistent player for years now
and he's a sure bet to keep it up.

>>>Annapolis: ++ (Got a nice young Center...who needs to reach that potential)
>>>Finally!!!: + (Petro is a risk, Rip is not)
**************************************************************************

Needs/Haves

Annapolis:
Needs- This team is solid in nearly every aspect...a few aging stars but thats about the only
problem here
Haves- Like we said, they have plenty of just about everything

Finally!!!:
Needs- This deal brings up the need for a C or two
Haves- LOADED with quality G's

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Annapolis:
We know this story....Annapolis LOVES to deal!.....

Finally!!!:
.....But not as much as Finally!
The A-Team Gets:

G- Luke Ridnour
*****
The High Flyers Get:

F- Chris Wilcox
*********************************************************************

Outlook:

This looks like a good trade for both teams.  A-Team was getting desperate for some help at
Guard and Ridnour instantly provides that.  As for Wilcox, he a young stud whos a beast on
the glass at times......at others he tends to lose focus a bit, but he has plenty of time to work
out any rough edges on his game.

>>>A-Team: ++ (A nice young Guard for a team in REAL need of them)
>>>High Flyers: ++ (Wilcox is good now....may be great in the future.....and hes as cheap as
they come)
**************************************************************************

Needs/Haves

A-Team:
Needs- Still could use some more help at Guard
Haves- Plenty of quality Forwards and some nice Centers too
High Flyers:
Needs- A STUD Center would be nice (a true Center that is)
Haves- Loaded with young talent

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

A-Team:
They don't make to many deals, but the ones they do make generally make a headline or two.

High Flyers:
Its even rarer to see the Flyers deal.  We know what you're thinking....."I want
Howard!"...well.....they ain't dealin him.
The Virginia Victims Get:

F- LaMarcus Aldridge
C- Theo Ratliff
*****
The Crazy 88's Get:

F- Nick Collison
G- Devin Harris
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Clearly The Victims were interested in LaMarcus exclusively as they have already dropped
dead weight, 83 year old Theo.
In return, The 88's get Collison, a Center who can't really find
his game, and Harris who's young(er) and does hold some nice potential

>>>Victims:  ++ (Aldridge has some SERIOUS potential.....and some serious growing
(mentally) to do)
>>>88's: + (Is Collison ever going to turn the corner?  Harris is young, but dunno if he's as
valuable as Aldridge)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Victims:
Needs- Could use a few more healthy guys
Haves- Tons of youth, but many are out

88's
Needs- A STUD Center other than oft-injured Shaq
Haves- Quite a few Forwards

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Victims:
Gerry will trade, but only if the deal makes good sense

88's:
They seem to stick with the safer deals and avoid the Blockbusters
NEW
NEW
The AnkleBreakerz Get:

G- Tracy McGrady
F- Andres Nocioni
*****
The Georgia Flush Get:

G- Mike Bibby
F- Udonis Haslem
F- Alexander Johnson
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Doesn't get much bigger than this!  The Breakers nab one of the most electrifying players in
the league in TMac and an excellent role player in Nocioni.  The Georgia Flush get Bibby,
whos not TMac in skill or injury risk.  Basically another version of Shane Battier, Haslem comes
along as well.  Udonis doesn't do any one thing incredibly well, but he does everything with at
least some skill.

>>>Breakerz:  = (Can TMac stay healthy?)
>>>Flush: + (Bibby is good, Haslem is a great garbage man, and don't discount Alexander
either....nice deal.....................if they can deal Bibby we'll add at least a 2nd
+)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Breakerz:
Needs- Um......youth, maybe?
Haves- They have premiere players all over

Flush
Needs- Really....The Flush need a few more deals
Haves- At least one or two more oft-injured stars call this team home

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Breakerz:
As usual....they like the big-time deals

Flush:
Not many deals yet this year.....but we think more will come.  Is it time to rebuild this
team...again?!
The A-Team Gets:

G- Kirk Hinrich
F- Carmelo Anthony
*****
The Baby Bulls Get:

G- Luke Ridnour
F- Caron Butler
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Ok, ok...so it CAN get bigger!  These two teams sure cut the fat off this deal..... just studs.  The
Bulls nab the wowhesplayingoutofhismind Caron Butler and a great guard in Luke Ridnour.  In
Carmelo Anthony, A-Team gets younger while still maintaning they're talent level.  Hinrich will
also make a nice replacement for Luke.

>>>A-Team:  +++ (Gotta give em 3 stars.  Melo is younger than Butler and easily as talented)
>>>Bulls: + (If Caron can keep this up we'll eat our words, but we just think Melo is better
long-term)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

A-Team:
Needs- GUARDS!
Haves- Another rare team with spare Forwards and a few nice Centers too.

Bulls:
Needs- Maybe another Forward or two
Haves- They....have...Amare!

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

A-Team:
They're rebuilding, so don't come offering 30+'s

Bulls:
They sure don't deal much.
The Georgia Flush Get:

F- David Lee
*****
The Crazy 88's Get:

G- Cuttino Mobley
C- Zaza Pachulia
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Zaza had so much potential!  What happened?  Zaza has been up and down this season and
the potential is still there, but he better pick it up soon.  As for Lee, he's been nothing short of
very impressive thus far, besting his numbers from last season across the board.  But in NY
feast can turn to famine pretty fast..........we don't think it will happen here though.

>>>Flush:  + (Lee is solid now.....we'll wait and see about the future)
>>>88's: Even (Without Mobley in the deal, we'd say they lose.  But theres still hope for Zaza)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Flush:
Needs- Really...this team is just searching for an identity these days
Haves- They are very young......that identity will come

88's:
Needs- They addressed their major C need in this deal, but one more SOLID C would be nice
Haves- They do have a few big names that may net some younger players: Shaq, KG, Carter..

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Flush:
Tim is always willing to look at just about any deal from the big to the small.......youth is a
priority

88's:
We're still trying to figure them out
The Baby Bulls Get:

F- Carlos Boozer
F- Jermaine ONeal
G- Richard Hamilton
F- Al Jefferson
*****
Finally! Gets:

C- Amare Stoudamire
F- Caron Butler
F- Drew Gooden
G- Leandrin...Leandro...Leandra......erm.....That Barbosa guy
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

HOLY BLOCKBUSTER BATMAN!  Well, um.  We, don't, really, know where to start here.  This
is almost to big a deal to breakdown at all, but we'll try.  First off we have ONeal who not only
has dual eligibility but is also rejuvenated due to the recent NBA trade that brought new talent
into Indiana.  He also has been less than durable in the last few years, but remains one of the
top fantasy players in the league.
Next up is Carlos Boozer.  Bottom line, he to is one of the best, but while Jermaine floats
around the top 20, Boozer has top 3 written all over him with Kidd and KG the only players
topping his totals thus far.  He too has had durability issues in the past, as well as some minor
character problems but ALL of that seem to be long gone.
After that we come to Al Jefferson.  Al has been an up and down player for the last year or so,
but lately he has been a double double nearly every night with rebounding totals topping his
point totals (and with point totals always in the double digits, thats not bad at all).  Phenom or
not he's sure picking it up this year
Finally (no pun intended) The Bulls also get Rip.  This ones easy, Rip is as pure a shooter as
they come, nice and durable, and does little other than score.......which is just fine.
**
Now we have The Rock's side of this deal starting with Amare.  This guy is the ultimate
question mark.  After multiple knee surgeries it was looking very bleak for the former Man
Child.....but wait, fast forward to December and he begins to regain his former...form.  Now his
minutes are bumping up to near his former levels, his number have continued to climb, and he
says he's getting better.  It looks GREAT now....but will the knees hold for a whole season?
Finally also gets Caron Butler who very simply, has made the leap from solid, to star this
season.  A double double is possible, and likely, ever time Butler steps on the floor these days,
him and Agent Zero just keep raising the bar............but is all this production his, or is it a result
of teams having to throw 5 guys and Mr. Arenas?
Barbosa comes along too, and this one is another mystery, though not as much as in years
past.  Barbosa is a young slasher/shooter on a team loaded with slasher/shooters.  He is a
very young guard and it looks like his future will be bright, how bright though remains to be
seen and until he gets a major test, the jury is still out.
Lastly we have Drew Gooden.  Once a "star in the making" Gooden has now settled into a role
player groove in Cleveland.  He seems to always offer up respectable totals with the
occasional DD and rare monster game, he is also young so the future is still unwritten, but it
seems that as long as he is with the Cavs, his role will change very little.

>>>Bulls:  +++ (We revisit this one and determine that the Bulls made quite a nice deal)
>>>Finally: ++ (Nice trade, but Butler and Gooden have fallen off some....getting JRich with
Barbosa was a nice turnaround....for now)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Bulls:
Needs- Forwards
Haves- Centers

Finally!:
Needs- Centers
Haves- Piles of Guards

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Bulls:
We take it back!  Earlier in the year we stated that The Baby Bulls don't seem to like trading
much............we're sorry.

Finally!:
The Rock just isn't happy unless he makes the biggest deal of the year!
Louie's Legends Get:

F- Paul Pierce
F- Mike Miller
F- Zach Randolph
*****
Danger Zone Gets:

F- Shawn Marion
G- Allen Iverson
F- Boris Diaw
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Well well, another day, another BlockBuster!  We had trouble with the last major deal to come
through.....and this one isn't much different, but we'll see what we can do.  First things first,
and thats the WoW factor that comes with such a major deal taking place between two teams
in the same division.  Dealing such talent to the guy next door can prove to be a recipe for
disaster.
But we'll put that aside.  In this one, Danger Zone gets some major talent.  Iverson is revitalized
in Denver and Marion is just as crazy as he's ever been.  Add Diaw to the mix and Zone gets
some major league ballers..........but theres just one problem, they aren't the youngest on the
block.  Iverson is in his 30's and has always been fragile, and Marion has a motor that never
stops, until the wear and tear of the season gets to him around April.
On the other side we have Zach Randolph, a Forward who underwent some major surgery a
while back..........and he's just that, all the way BACK.  He also happens to be like 16 years old,
nice.  Mike Miller is just 26 but he's always been just good, he's never really blown
up...............until now.  17/6/4.......NICE.   Last but not least is Paul Pierce.  He is a bit older,
and has had some pretty bing dings this season, but when healthy, he has as much talent and
heart as anyone in the game.
In a one year league, this deal looks pretty nice for Zone, but as we love to point out, this ins't
a one year league.  As it stands Marion and Iverson will be sweet this year and may be for
longer.  Diaw is still growing and his dual eligibility is nice, but we have to give the nod to Louie.
They get some big talent and Zach is still growing.  This may be Miller's ceiling but, WHO
CARES its a NICE ceiling!

>>>Louie's:  +++ (This is a nice deal......and we may not have Zach's best yet)
>>>Danger Zone: + (Good deal, but is Iverson gonna hold up?)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Louie's:
Needs- Louie could use a Center or two
Haves- They have D Wade......and you don't

Zone:
Needs- Maybe another Forward would be nice
Haves- They have plenty of Centers, but no clear #1

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Louie's:
These guys make fewer deals than than than......

Zone:
.......than Danger Zone!
Virginia Victims Get:

F/C- Andrea Bargnani

*****
A-Team Gets:

F- LaMarcus Aldridge
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

The trade waters have cooled quite a bit from a couple months back, but we staill have a deal
here or there thats worth looking at.  In this trade, both teams get some promising rookie
talent.  For The Victims, Bargnani is still quite raw but has shown flashes of some very nice
talent.  He lacks a solid inside game but that should come with time and the addition of some
more muscle.
As for Aldridge, he too needs some work in the physique department, but he has inpressed
with he amazing talent several times already this season.  He has recently had a few stints in
the starting lineup and has shown he may already be worthy of that honor.......with both of
these players, stay tuned.

>>>Victims:  ++ (They get a great young F/C)
>>>A-Team: +++ (They too get a great young prospect but they also eliminate the problem of
two FP's with 1 year left on their deals)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Victims:
Needs- We're not really sure what else they need, maybe a few more guys that are durable
Haves- They have the best young core of Centers on the planet

A-Team:
Needs- Now VERY weak at Center
Haves- They have plenty of youth, and a few nice Forwards as well....why no one has teken
them up for Sheed, we'll never know.

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Victims:
Always looking for a deal, but the sides must match up very well

A-Team:
Seems all they want is youth
Finally Gets:

G- Dwayne Wade
G- Kevin Martin
G- Rajon Rondo
F-  Zach Randolph
F- Paul Pierce

*****
Louie's Legends Get:

G- Chauncey Billups
G/F- Andre Iguodala
F- Caron Butler
C- Amare Stoudamire
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Every time we think Finally has pulled off the biggest trade in league history we're proven
wrong.  So he we are and yet another bar has been set.  In this deal, over 20,000 points have
moved around.  There is of course one thing that jumps right out, LeBron James is nowhere to
be seen yet Dwayne Wade has moved.  So, now one team possesses both.  A bnice move to
be sure, but in order to do it, Finally lost one of the best up and coming talents in Andre
Iguodala, and arguably the best Center in the league in Amare (Calm down Dwight an Yao...we
said arguably)

>>>Finally!!!:  ++ (Down to two Centers?  Not good.  Dawyne and LBJ?  VERY good)
>>>Louie's: +++ (This should fill some of their voids VERY nicely)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Finally:
Needs- CENTERS
Haves- They have LeBron AND D.Wade and a million other Guards

Louie's:
Needs- They are one of the few teams who could use some Guards
Haves- They are well rounded in just about every area after this one

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Finally:
The bigger the better

Louie's:
Seems no one is untouchable
Finally!!! Gets:

F/C- Andrea Bargnani
C- Channing Frye

*****
The Virginia Victims Get:

F- Tyrus Thomas
G- Kevin Martin
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Oh, NOW we get it!  Finally loses a young stud guard and a VERY young very athletic forward
in Thomas, but they address just about all of their Center needs.  The Victims lose some nice
young Centers but they were the one team that had em to spare

>>>Finally:  ++++ (This makes some good sense)
>>>Victims: +++ (Got a top young guard and the next Shawn Marion)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Finally:
Needs- Well, now they aren't especially weak in any areas...except the injury realm
Haves- They are rapidly becoming loaded...too bad so many are hurt

Victims:
Needs- This team is also very solid, could use another guard or two
Haves- They have a very long list of top young players

*****************************************************************************

Trade Mentality:

Finally:
This team looks totally different from the Finally of a week ago

Victims:
Gerry is open to just about anything......that makes sense.
***3-13-07***
***3-13-07***
Sasquash Gets:

F- Mike Miller

*****
Louie's Legends Get:

F- Rashard Lewis
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

Mike Miller is just 27 and he's brought his game to a new level this season.  He's set a career
high in points with 18+ and assists with more than 4 per.  He's only 27 and is just coming into
his own.  As for Lewis, he's a bit older (but still nice and young), and he always seems poised
just outside that "elite" list of NBA superstars.  Aside from this season (and a freak finger
injury) he will always get you 70+ games a year.  He'll be very good for the rest of this year,
and maybe next year is the one where he'll join the ranks of fantasy superstardom.  (Just made
that word up...gotta call Bob Costas and see if he likes it)

>>>Sasquash:  + (Got a nice young forward who hasn't hit his ceiling yet)
>>>Louies: ++ (Rashard is Very Good now.....may be AMAZIN later on)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Sasquash:
Needs- Still need some C help
Haves- Miller joins Nash and Brand as the top stars on this squad

Louies:
Needs- Man, everyone needs Centers.  Amare is sweet, just need one more
Haves- This teams list of studs is growing fast
Sasquash Gets:

F- Quentin Richardson
F- Bobby Simmons
*****
The Virginia Victims Get:

G- Andre Miller
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

The Victims grab one heck of a consistent guard in Andre Miller.  LA, Denver, Philly it doesn't
seem to matter, 13 points, 3 boards and 8 assists is what you are sure to get.  He's 31but he
has a nice contract and should help The Victims right now.  For Sasquash, they get little help
now as QRich is hobbled (at best) and Simmons is done for the year.  Next season though
should see a healthy Richardson, whos just 26.  Simmons should also be back and hopefully
his foot troubles will be over with.

>>>Sasquash:  + (Some nice young talent comes over in this deal.....only time will tell if they
will be healthy next season)
>>>Victims: ++ (Got a nice guard who can help them right now......and in The Playoffs)

**************************************************************************
Needs/Haves

Sasquash:
Needs- Need some young Centers here
Haves- Nash and Brand still call this team home

Victims:
Needs- Not many glaring needs here
Haves- They have a very long list of top young players
***3-21-07***
***3-21-07***
Virginia Victims Get:

F- Andrei Kirilenko

*****
DaDogz Get:

G- Andre Miller
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

AK47 has had quite the year....to forget that is.  After 5 years of getting better and better,
2006/2007 was supposed to be his best yet.  Now, late in March, he is averaging just 8.5
points per game to go with about 5 rebounds and a few assists.  It looks bad, but we're not
signing off on him just yet.  A healthy Boozer and emergence of Williams have taken some of
the focus off of Andrei.  It may take a trade to jump start Andrei back to his former self, but he's
just 26 and even if he stays with Utah, he should rebound at least some next season.
As for Miller, he's as consistent as they come and he'll help DaDogz right now.  He's older but
at 30, he's still got plenty of good time left.

>>>Victims:  + (One + now...but down the road AK could prove to be quite the bargain)
>>>DaDogz: ++ (They make a move to help notch title #2)

Annapolis Anklebreakerz Gets:

F- Juwan Howard
G- T.J. Ford

*****
High Flyers Get:

C- Robert Swift
G- Delonte West
*********************************************************************
Outlook:

This is an easy one to break down. The Breakerz get a couple guys that are playing well and
can help right now.  Howard is getting up there but Ford is still young.  For The Flyers, they
nab a young Center who's out now, but will be back next year, and a guard in West who seems
to have a very bright future.  Breakerz get some help for The Playoffs, The Flyers get some
help come next year.

>>>Breakerz:  + (They get some help for right now)
>>>Flyers: ++ (This deal may be more help to The Flyers in the long run)
