Dwight Howard will carry this team to at least a few wins Kobe is STILL the best player on the planet!.......... Weaknesses ……when he’s not injured, or crying about his team, or requesting a trade After Kobe and Dwight…the cupboard is lookin pretty bare Not the best draft *********************************************11th Sasquash Strengths Coulda used more draft picks…but spent the one they had on a STUD (notice we didn’t say future) After Durant, they do have some studs like…….like…..Mike Miller? Weaknesses Hmmm…and these guys ARENT rated last? The injury to Brand really hurt Durant has already been hobbled……can he stand up to the rigors of the NBA (we think the answer is yes) 10th Georgia Cellar Underdogs (Formerly Cellar Dwellers) Strengths With names likeBiedrins, Horford, Lee, Barbosa and Foye, these dogs may have some bark! Very good draft Here comes the money!.....TONS of cap room Weaknesses Nice names but we’d still like to see a Superstar on this roster Elson? Hayes? Varejao???? Some darn near useless guys are hanging around *************************9th Big Dogs (Formerly Danger Zone) Strengths We think A.I. is in for a big year If A.I. doesn’t come through, Marion, Baron, Davis and Terry should be able to pick up the slack Excellent draft Weaknesses Need proven Centers….now Adding to the problem is that they have so MANY centers…yet…none are that impressive 8th A-Team Strengths Melo takes the next step this year TONS of youth, that’s also got promise We know its only about this year….but in our opinion, taking Oden was NOT a bad move…… Weaknesses …..But he sure wont help for a good long while Taking lessons from The Underdogs??? Green, Allen, Nate Rob, …….MILES?! Can Hughes really stay healthy…for more than a week or two? ******************************************************************** 7th Bulls (Formerly Baby Bulls) Strengths Boozer, Deng, Deron, AL Jeff, J O’Neal…..these Bulls mean business! Rip, Big Ben, Ridnour, some nice role players also populate this roster Devin Harris will get a chance to prove he’s ready for Prime Time Weaknesses Not so hot in the draft Can O’Neal, Big Ben and Franchise stay healthy… Heck, can franchise do…anything? ****************************************************************************************** 6th Louies Legends Strengths By seasons end, EVREYONE will be speaking the name…Iguodala ….everyone already knows the best Center in the NBA Mr. Stoudemire Butler, Mo Williams, Billups, Rashard and Brad Miller? Nice! Weaknesses Ok, maybe not Brad Miller Who in the BLUE HELL is Brandon Bass? Those studs listed above are nice…..but we’re not thrilled with their role players ****************************************************************************** 5th Crazy 88’s Strengths Nice draft! KG is going to be better in Boston… …And this team also has Nash……and VC…..AND PAU! Role players are key and this team has tons of em Weaknesses Is Kenyon really ok? (If so, add this line to their “Strengths”) Little cap space Najera? NO…NO…NONONO!!! ****************************************4th Finally!!! Strengths After the trade.possibly the best draft in the league Big names everywhere, LeBron, Wade, Pierce, JRich, Randolph, Marbury, Peja Barnani could break out Young team for the most part Weaknesses Some of those big names…weren’t that productive last year…Pierce, Marbury…… …….Wade??? NO cap space Salim???? Cmon….we like Livingston more than him **********************HIRD DaDogz Strengths This team was great last year, and they’re largely intact for last season Arenas, J Johnson, M..V..P……..a few NICE big names …..Nene, Josh Smith, Miller, Chandler, Camby…many MANY great players behind them big names This good AND Cap Space Weaknesses Ok draft, but not great A little weak at center May just cant get right *************************************SECOND Virginia Victims Strengths Nason has assembled an amazing cast of young potent players Strong in every area Jeff Green too? Nice Drafting Some Cap room LOADED at Center Weaknesses Hopefully Bibby will be ok Several injured already Good thing they are young because they…like the rest…don’t have a prayer this year thanks to: The 2007 IBL Champion Annapolis AnkleBreakerz Strengths Its day one and the season is already over. Need some reason? Well, they are similar to last years: Duncan, Kidd, TMac, Odom, Jamison, Ray Allen, Wallace, T.J., West, Josh Howard, Gordon …..And Now SHAQ TOO?!?!?!?!?!?!?
