| Tony Sopranos Crew Gets: TE- Jason Witten ***** The Emerald City Homers get: RB- DeAngelo Williams TE- Jermaine Gresham ********************************************************************* Offensive Outlook This one.....hmmm. Losing DeAngelo hurts, but The Crew got one of the best TEs in the game today. That makes losing Gresham easy. For The Homers Gresham could take over for Boss if he keeps progressing and DeAngelo will help a struggling backfield. | The Robinators Get: RB- Ryan Mathews TE- Zach Miller WR- Mike Thomas ***** The Transel Titans Get: RB- Reggie Bush TE- Tony Gonzalez WR- Sindey Rice ********************************************************************* Offensive Outlook Well, so far, Mathews has been a bit of a let down, but simmer down here. Dude is only 23 and still has plenty of upside. Miller is another guy who isn't exactly lighting it up, but he scores TDs AND he to is still very young. Finally we have Thomas..the tri-fecta. Another young guy with good upside. Might not pay off until next year, but these are some solid guys. What was Transel thinkin?? First off we have Bush who will NEVER play in more than 10 games...EVER. When he does play he is great...OR..he sucks, feast or famine here. Gonzo?? Yeah he is good...now. Guess we are going for broke in 2010! As for Rice, he is young, AND he is good. He's also gonna miss the year. Yeah, he'll be back in late Nov...but won;t be solid enough to help much till 2011. | Tony Sopranos Crew Gets: RB- Jonathan Stewart RB- DeAngelo Williams ***** The Dirty Gringos Get: LB- Aaron Curry DB- Earl Thomas 1st Round Pick (2011) 3rd Round Pick (2011) 4th Round Pick (2011) ********************************************************************* Offensive Outlook Not only is DeAngelo a part of the dreaded RB-by-commitee situation, but his counterpart is the other part of this deal! Both backs are young and have talent, but as long as they are splitting carries, neither back has a huge amount of value. As for Earl....he may be young but he is already playing VERY well...could be a top 15 DB ...by years end!! | Tony Sopranos Crew Gets: RB- Ahmad Bradshaw WR- Sidney Rice WR- Steve Smith TE- Jermichael Finley TE- Brody Eldridge LB- Jon Beason 2nd Round Draft Pick (2011) ***** The Transel Titans Get: RB- Peyton Hillis WR- Malcom Floyd WR- Hines Ward TE- Jason Witten LB- DJ Williams LB- Desmond Bishop ********************************************************************* Offensive Outlook Gee did we miss anyone? This is a massive MEGA-Deal in scope. But, really, not many Big names involved. Sure Bradshaw for Hillis is big and we favor the Bradshaw side. But after that we don't see so many biguns. Rice has been hurt but we'll still go Rice/Smith over Ward/Floyd. Hines is getting old and is starting to show it and Floyd is inconsistent and has never been a stud or anything. As for the TEs...tough call! Finley is awesome and we take him easy over Witten.....BEFORE th injury. But he's out, for they year. Give us Witten. (And we're pretty sure this deal was done AFTER he got hurt) The Offensive Grade >>>Crew: ++ (Losing Hillis hurts and Finley don't help at all now...but give us these WRs and RB any day) >>>Titans: - (They will claim Hillis is a stud....they are WRONG) ******************************************************************* Defensive Outlook Beason is very good, so is DJ. Losing Wallace didn't hurt them all that much. Meanwhile, Finally didn't really need Manning and the WR helped quite a bit. | Tony Sopranos Crew Gets: QB- Peyton Manning WR- Chad Ochocinco ***** The Pittsburgh Steelers Get: Basically NOTHING in return ********************************************************************* Offensive Outlook Oh come on. Deals like this make me almost wanna quit playing. Wish I could be in a league JUST ONCE that was without SUCKERS. In this deal The Crew nabs a top 3 QB (that may be top 3 OF ALL TIME). They also get Ochocinco. Now Chad is far from a mega stud but he IS a top 25 WR and should still be for another year or two. The Steelers get a couple WRs in the deal. First is Sidney Rice. Rice is a young WR with some good talent. He has been hurt most of the year but when healthy he has proven he can be a top 15 WR.....to bad he has zip at QB these days. The Steelers also got Mike Williams...no, not the top Rook, the also-ran drop out. Now, Mike has made some nice gains this year...but losing Manning over these guys? The Offensive Grade >>>Crew: +++ (Sean would be PROUD) >>>Steelers: --- (Peyton was expendable cause you have Vick??? YEAH...RIGHT!!!
